2. What data we process
We process personal data in two contexts:
- Contacts: when you reach out by email or phone, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Website usage data: the site collects visitor statistics (e.g. pages visited, device type, approximate location). The site uses Google analytics and marketing cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Communication and customer relationships: based on a contract or steps preceding one, and legitimate interest.
- Developing the site and our marketing: based on the controller's legitimate interest.
4. Retention
Contact-related data is kept as long as handling the matter and any customer relationship require. Analytics data is retained per the analytics tools' settings (at most 14 months).
5. Recipients
We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Google (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Workspace email)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting and delivery)
We never sell or hand over personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies as well as Google analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage and block cookies in your browser settings. Google advertising preferences can be managed at adssettings.google.com.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what personal data of yours we process, and receive a copy of it
- request correction or deletion of your data
- request restriction of processing, or object to it
- withdraw your consent at any time
- have the data you provided transferred to another controller

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version always lives on this page.
